| User Training “QuickStart” |
This “QuickStart” Training session is delivered very soon after installation of your software and custom database. Users will leave the training being able to confidently use the most important basic features needed to do their jobs in a way that will generate meaningful reports and results. Can be delivered off-site in a computer training classroom (additional fee) or in your conference room (computers recommended, but not mandatory). |

| User Training Session Full | This Training
session is longer and best suited for advanced customizations
and for when it is difficult to gather uses together.
It will be delivered very soon after installation of your software and custom database. Users will leave the training being able to confidently use the most important basic features needed to do their jobs in a way that will generate meaningful reports and results. Can be delivered off-site in a computer training classroom (additional fee) or in your conference room (computers recommended, but not mandatory). |

| User Training Advanced | This is
Reinforcement Training session often delivered
approximately 6-8 weeks after the initial training.
Studies show that training with reinforcement training or coaching results in >70% of the information being retained by students (as opposed to only 22% retention if trained only once). You may not need all of your software users to attend this Level Two session. Can be delivered off-site in a computer training classroom (additional fee) or in your conference room (computers not mandatory). This session can also be used to cover "advanced" topics if desired. |

| Administrator Training | You have the option of
one or two of your staff will take on the
role of "database administrator" for ACT!
At first this will take a little more of their time but only a few hours per week on an ongoing basis (depending on your level of use and number of users). This person will need some direct training to get started in that "anchor" role. It is also recommended that the person(s) consider taking the 2-day ACT! Administrator Class offered approximately every 6 months. |

hour webinars targeted to a particular ACT! feature. This
is a great way for you to learn more about ACT! and all it has
