    ACT! Rx ™ Service / Checkup   We can be your outsourced ACT! administrator.  It is critical that your database is safe, healthy and is being utilized properly. Allow us to provide additional support by logging into your database (with your permission) and running our full battery of ACT! Certified Consultant Diagnostic Tasks to uncover corruption, undesirable data entry practices, etc. Depending on the size of your team, we may recommend this a semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly service. Includes a detailed, written report of database condition and a follow-up discussion with a certified ACT! consultant regarding the results.

GoToAssist's secure communication architecture uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption, the same used by online banking programs.
