  Blueprint Meeting, Report, and Design Review   This is a core service we provide to clients. We understand that you are only investing in ACT! to increase productivity for your organization. ACT! is a very powerful program and is capable of many things. We will work with you to uncover needs in your organization that ACT! can solve, and bring our years of experience to provide solutions.

The Blueprint meeting is the project "kick-off" where we meet with representatives from each department that is to use ACT!. We will determine the project schedule, review your database customization needs, data sources (type, quantity, quality), reports, and review your hardware/network/server configuration.

This meeting results in a written project deliverable with a schedule that we will then review with you during the Design Review meeting either in person or via web.

If the blueprint meeting uncovers items that exceed your budget, you will be given the option to table items to complete at a later date.

             
  Site Survey   We will review the server and each workstation ACT! Is installed on to ensure it meets the recommended minimum requirements and to identify potential installation problems.
               
  Project Management   To ensure that your project stays on track, on schedule, and on budget, we coordinate schedules, provide additional deliverables, and generally "drive the bus" to the finish line and beyond. Especially on larger projects, this element is important to ensure the coordination and management from start to finish. Project management deliverables include such things as User Profiles (user needs and hardware inventory), Project schedule & updates, Change Orders (if applicable), Pre-training benchmarking questionnaire (web-based) to students, Post-training evaluation results, "Punch list" of remaining work items, etc. We also schedule a 30 day and 60 day follow up review call.
               
  Process Consulting   Similar to the initial Blueprint.  We work with your staff to continually find ways we can improve your workflow.
               
  Sales Management   We have over 16 years of outside sales experience, so we can understand the particular needs of the sales staff.   We also have 8 years of sales management experience, so we can appreciate management’s challenges as well.   Using ACT! we can show you how you can maximize your staff's accountability and productivity.
