Situation

A client contacted us to to assist them with their ten person sales
force . They were using paper sales reports and management was
having a difficult time managing the information. Plus the sales
staff was having to duplicate information and manually transfer all
their activities over to the paper reports.

Solution
|
|
We set up the entire staff with ACT! and developed a system with data
synchronization. Now management now has complete information
always available, the paper has all but disappered, and the sales staff
doesn't have to perform redundant tasks.

Situation

A doctor's office has
a medical software package, but wants to use the features of ACT! for
mail merging and contact management. So they have been performing
double-entry of all their patients.
